What’s Included
Within the Online coaching & Workout Programming offer you get…
A workout program that adapts to your needs, given to you in a weekly format.
Includes an optional 2 initial online training sessions (only included in the first month of sign-up) focused on form basics. Available on Zoom, WhatsApp, Facetime or Google Meet (contact me for further requests). Access to additional supervised sessions for a lower rate at 50CHF per session.
One optional weekly check-in call (with open messaging during business hours).
Access to weekly online yoga sessions (returning soon).
Recommended Gear
Progressive overload is the concept of gradually increasing the intensity of your workouts to promote ongoing improvement (body adaptation). Weightlifting is a common method of progressive overload, as it challenges your muscles by progressively increasing the weight lifted, leading to muscle growth and increased strength.
Weightlifting also offers benefits such as improved bone density, joint stability, metabolism, and body composition when performed with proper form and technique.
This is why access to a gym is so great (as we have more and better tools to slowly increase progressive overload and our body’s adaptations) but all of this can be done at home with the right equipment.
So to start, I recommend…(especially if you’re new)
1-2x 2.5kg Dumbbell (s)

2x Bands (1x Light 1x Heavy)

I'm here to guide you through the complexities of fitness. I’ll take care of the how & when - planning and execution so you can focus on showing up and developing your Why, what is driving you to feel this way eventually leading to a transformation of the body and mind - your identity will be that of a much healthier person.
Together, we'll work to create personalized, efficient, and evolving programs that suit your ever-changing needs. I will guide you and provide support when motivation wanes or stress/life gets in the way.
Your program may also include optional breathwork and mini-meditation exercises to cool down and reset your mind. As you grow stronger and more confident, we'll introduce novelty and fun, maybe even skills like headstanding – always prioritizing your comfort and interest.
