We’ll chat about your lifestyle, energy levels, schedule, and fitness goals — so I can meet you where you’re at.

You’ll get customized workouts (home or gym), delivered in a monthly or bi-monthly format. Your plan also includes:
Motivation tools for focus and follow-through.
Strength, mobility, and posture training.
Mindfulness & recovery strategies.
Nutrition guidance (no strict meal plans).
🤝 3. Ongoing Support
You’re never alone. I offer:
Weekly check-in forms.
Feedback on your exercise form (via video).
Optional monthly Zoom calls.
Direct access to me for fitness/workout questions, roadblocks, or “off weeks”.
Access to the weekly Zoom yoga classes for bonus mobility/relaxation work.
